Urban and social project management mission (MOUS) in preparation for the rehabilitation works of housing. of the Porte de Montreuil Sud group (Lot 1) and the Charles Hermite Porte d'Aubervilliers group (Lot 2)
Lot 1 - Urban and Social Project Management (MOUS) for the preparation of the housing rehabilitation project of the Porte de Montreuil Sud group - 75020
Fixed-price services: The services will be remunerated by application of the overall flat rate price as it results from the breakdown of the overall and flat rate price (DPGF).
The missions cover all the actions necessary for rehousing in relay housing during the construction phase for work in an empty environment.
- Communication, participation in meetings and organization of moves to the relays and returns to the rehabilitated housing.
These rehousings concern all of the 290 tenants still in place (approximately 290 outward moves and 290 return moves).
- Development and monitoring of the rehousing plan and its materialization through synoptic tables in accordance with the work schedule.
The rehousing plan will be readjusted as necessary in correlation with changes to the work schedule.
Additional services to purchase orders processed unit prices relating to:
-The treatment of rehousing in the context of a transfer and/or permanent rehousing.
