Description:
The purpose of the contract is the upkeep and maintenance of LMH's sanitary controlled mechanical ventilation (VMC) fleet.
It includes:
1/ Preventative maintenance services (annual systematic or as part of relocation visits) and corrective maintenance of all organses which make up the VMC, namely:
-Maintenance of simple VMC equipment
-Maintenance of assisted natural ventilation equipment (with or without air blowing)
-Maintenance of natural or mechanical ventilation networks
-Sweeping of ducts of smoke (non-gaseous fuels) withmaintenance of combustion appliances with or without automatic loading
-Management of VMC box supervision equipment
2/ Occasional replacement services for:
-Air extraction vents, housing air inlets and dismantling of doors
-Autonomous Warning Detectorsrs de Fumee (DAAF)
