This is partly a global and fixed annual price contract with regard to preventive and regulatory maintenance visits and corrective maintenance.
This procedure is also in part a single-awardee framework agreement concluded in application of articles R2162-1 to 6 of the public procurement code, with regard to compliance work and repairs.
