- This consultation concerns the upkeep and maintenance of elevators, freight elevators, PRM lifting platforms and escalators at the Palais des Festivals et des Congres de Cannes and its annex building, known as "Riviera". It will give rise, in application of articles L. 2125-1, R. 2162-1, R. 2162-2 - paragraph 2, R. 2162-4-2, R. 2162-5, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code upon the conclusion of a composite single-awarder framework agreement, that is to say corresponding in part to an ordinary contract with a global and fixed price (part A), and in part to a framework agreement with unit price purchase orders (part B). The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum, but with a maximum annual amount of 375,000 euros excluding tax for part B. This amount is valid for each year of the initial period and for each of the renewal periods (see section 2.1.4 of the this notice).
