- The purpose of the market is, the updating of the Dangers Study (EDD) of the Ribou dam (class B), whose plan and content are defined in the decree of September 03, 2018 amending the decree of June 12, 2008 defining the study of the dangers of dams and dikes and specifying the content. The study of dangers must be carried out by an approved design office according to the decree of November 15, 2017 specifying the categories and criteria of the approvals of the organizations involved in the safety of hydraulic works as well as the administrative organization of their issuance. to update the study of dangers, specialized investigations must be carried out. Assistance to the client for carrying out these investigations. l'EDD must be carried out before December 31, 2028. The market is broken down into 5 phases: - Phase 1 Realization of technical methods of the exhaustive diagnosis - Phase 2: Exhaustive diagnosis - Phase 3: Balance sheet of the dam - Phase 4: Risk analysis - Phase 5: Delivery of EDD and meetings of restitution
