Description:
The consultation aims to update the PCRS with "image" component on a targeted portion of the territory. Indeed, the principle of differential update consists in detecting, through in particular of lifts of road managers and network operators, work likely to modifyThe landmarks in the field (crossroads, borders of roads, or new roads ...), to qualify this work and then update speech therapoplan on these areas. The consultation therefore aims to produce speech therapographies on the identified areas to update. The service provider will make socketsof stereoscopic views and RGB speech therapography with a resolution of 5 cm / pixel and a planimetric precision of 10 cm. In addition to the market and can be ordered during the services (article 5.7 and5.8).
