The purpose of this market is the purpose of the treatment and valuation of food waste from the separative collection carried out in door-to-door and/or voluntary contribution points, organized by the following communities:
Oagglomeration Creil Sud Oise (ACSO)
OCOMMUTURE OF COMMUNES OF THE AIRECantilian (CCAC)
OCOMMUNITATE OF CLERMONTOIS communes (CCC)
OCOMMUTURE OF COMMUNES DU Pays de BRAY (CCPB) The technical characteristics of the market are specified in the CCTP.
Treatment of dietary biodechets of the Creil Sud Oise agglomeration (ACSO).
Lot 1 concerns the treatment ofFood bio -waste from the Creil Sud Oise agglomeration (11 municipalities, 89,897 inhabitants). Waste is collected in voluntary contribution points (328 pav, in bulk without bag) and door-to-door for school canteens from 2026. Professionals outside canteens are not affected.The estimated deposit is 518 tonnes over the duration of the market. Transport is provided by the ACSO collection service provider to the holder's site. Two unloading methods are planned: ampliroll dumpsters or utility vehicles with supplied bins. The holder's websiteMust be opened from Monday to Friday, with collection until 2 a.m., and constraints of responsiveness in the event of vagaries. The waiting time for emptying must not exceed 15 minutes, under penalty of penalty.
