Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide travel agency services (online and offline) for the travel of agents of the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of the Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur Region (CMAR PACA), as well as the configuration of the reservation and management tool/portal. "Online". This framework agreement is concluded according to the formalized procedure. This is an open call for tenders, in accordance with the provisions of articles L 2124-1 and 2124-2 and R 2124-1 and R2124-2 and R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the public procurement code. The services give rise to a framework agreement single awardee which is executed by purchase orders, with no minimum and a maximum financial value of 200,000 euros including tax for the initial duration of the framework agreement. In the event of renewal, the maximum amount will also be 200,000 euros including tax per renewal period. Services are performed as purchase orders are issued, in application of articles R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement is entered into for a period of one year from its notification. It therefore takes effect from this date. It is renewable three times for a period of one (1) year. The estimated start date for performance of the services is scheduled for February 2026. The expected services are described in the Specifications of Special Technical Clauses (CCTP).
