Travel agency service for transporting Action Center agents
Social security of the City of Paris in enhanced leave
The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide the service of travel agencies for the transport of agents of the Social Action Center of the City of Paris on enhanced leave.
The expected services are as follows:
 Reservation and issuance of one-way and round-trip plane tickets for passengers to
destination of DROM-COM,
 Diffusion information relating to travel formalities and travel,
 Issuance of traveler insurance,
 Administrative and financial monitoring of the framework agreement.
The places of performance of the services are as follows:
 Air travel between mainland France and the departments overseas
(Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Reunion, Mayotte) for all
agents from the DROM-COM who can benefit from enhanced leave,
 Remotely, via the tools made available by the holder (reservation platform,
telephone support, messaging electronic etc),
 CASVP premises for steering meetings (monitoring, coordination, assessment) of the framework agreement.
