- The object of the framework agreement is the completion of transportation services, handling, packaging of works of art and assembly, dismantling and maintenance of LAM exhibitions.
He can be Renew three (3) times for the same duration by tacit decision of the public person.
If necessary, the public person will take in writing the Decision not to renew a lot three (3) months at least before the anniversary date of notification of the lot to the holder. In case of non-re-use, The holder cannot claim any compensation.
The holder will not be able to refuse renewals.
A site visit, not compulsory, is offered in accordance with the consultation regulations.
Logistics services
This lot will give rise to the conclusion of markets subsequent.
It can be:
- of works presented within the framework of the events programmed by the LAM, if necessary,
- of works presented in the framework of the clashes of permanent collections or their maintenance,
- works as part of acquisitions and/or restorations,
- of works moved by premises and/or its reservations.
