Description:
The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders. Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution. The services are paid by unit prices.
The estimated amounts are indicative and include all of the renewal periods.
Politics in favor of childhood and the family of the department brings together social assistance to childhood and childhood maternal protection.
As children's social assistance, the Department must ensure the transport of children and young people aged 0 to 21 benefiting from a protective measure for its current needs (school, Parents' visits…) or exceptional. When these transport cannot be provided by the family assistant, parents or public transport, it calls on transport companies.
As infant maternal protection, the department can guide children under the age of 7 or pregnant women to hospitals or care sectors that require a trip that the family cannot always ensure. When these audiences cannot provide transportation, the department uses transport companies.
Each batch will be awarded to a maximum of 3 operators economic (subject to a sufficient number of offers)
