This framework agreement, which is concluded with the company or the group of companies, relates to transport services, including the following services: - for lot 1: processing of sending of parts or letters requested by the semitan under the following conditions: - management road transport of technical parts in boxes and on pallets, at the initiative of the Semitan, in department 44; - Daily tours between semitan deposits and regular passages with semitan providers. - For lot 2: management of road transport of technical parts In boxes and on pallets, at the initiative of the Semitan, on French territory, EU, and outside the EU. For lot 1: this is a framework agreement for the provision of mono-attribute services, without minimum amount and with a maximum amount From 850,000 euros excluding tax, throughout the duration of the framework agreement, including renewals, in accordance with article R. 2162-4 2 of the public procurement code.
