Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is to transport residual household waste. The holder must provide the following services: -The provision of fmaz -type semi -trailers (90m3). - Transport of household waste from the Plouharnel household waste incineration plant to the output (s) designated by the community.
The market holder will have to integrate all the traceability devices into its service at each stage of the transport process, in proportion to the tons treated for the community if necessary.
Are not included in the service ::
- The loading of household waste on the Plouharnel site in the holder's trucks.
The market is not cut into a slice.
The market is considered, within the meaning of the provisions of articles R2162-2 paragraph 2, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code, as a framework agreement Mono-attribute runs by issuing the holder to the holder, as the needs appear. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 24 months from its date of notification (envisaged on November 1, 2025). The framework agreement is not renewable.
THE services will be remunerated by application to the truly executed quantities of the prices of the unit price slip.
