- the Framework Agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are regulated by unit prices. This contract concerns the transport of packaging and household paper collected by Sete agglopole mediterranee from the Villeveyrac transfer center to the healthy sortingt-Thibery (34) located about 28 km. Rotations will take place every day of the week in the afternoons (to avoid waiting times and crossing with collection bins) except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
