Description of services: The purpose of the public service concession contract is to entrust to the concessionaire the exploitation of the public service of passenger transport in the territory of the organizing mobility (AOM), namely:
- the exploitation of servicespublic transport;
- The maintenance and management of goods made available by the organizing authority;
- The supply and maintenance of the goods necessary for the operation (vehicles, equipment, etc.) other than those made available by Vichy Community;
- Recruitment, Management andStaff training necessary for the execution of the service;
- the commercial and administrative management of the network;
- The updating of information systems (on urban furniture, on vehicles, on the website, etc.) intended for user information (timetables, routes, routes,Prices, disruptions on the network, etc.);
- The conduct of increased communication/marketing to better sell the network;
