Description:
This consultation concerns the transportation services of minor children entrusted to the Social Aid Service for Children of Essonne and young adults supported as Child Social Aid (ASE), as well as, if necessary of their guides. Destination places Or the departure of these transports are in the Ile de France region mainly, but also outside the Ile de France, and from provinces to province or outside the national territory (Belgium in particular).
The department must be able to take charge, under child social assistance, minors entrusted to him as well as their guides (professionals and family). He can also ensure in the event of the transport of young adults benefiting from a young major contract. Transport mainly concerns:
- the implementation of children's visit rights and From young people to their families as part of the provisions arrested by the children's judge or the social assistance inspector for childhood (mediatized visits, family returns on weekends, etc.)
- Departures in summer camps,- arrivals or outings of schools,
- and all races necessary to take into account the needs of children and young people taken care of under ASE.
These young people can present a handicap requiring suitable equipment (especially wheelchair, etc.) which must be able to find its place in the vehicle.
