Description:
This consultation concerns the transport of children and young people linked to the activities organized by the Sicoval and includes 2 lots.
Lot 1: Transport of children on Wednesdays during school periods at the time of leaving classes from schools to leisure centers inside the territory sicoval
Lot 2: transport of children and/or young people during outings (department or outside department), linked to activities organized by the ALSH, young spaces, clas every day (including school holidays) except on Wednesday noon of the school period.
Each lot will be the subject of a separate allocation.
For Lot 1, it is an ordinary market at unit prices.
For Lot 2, the framework agreement with minimum and maximum has enforced articles L. 2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the public procurement code.
The total amount of services for the duration of the lot 1 is at least 80,000.00 euros (s) excl. Tax and maximum 500,000.00 euros (s) excl.
It will give rise to the conclusion of subsequent markets. Subsequent markets will be ordinary markets. Each subsequent market cannot reach or exceed 50,000 Euro (s) excl.
