Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is the transport and treatment of residual household waste in a non-hazardous waste storage installation (ISDND). Considering the uncertainty weighing on the availability of incineration solutions, the community of communes has decided to launch the Present market which will only be activated in the event of impossibility of treating residual household waste in an energy recovery unit and storage difficulties on the Plouharnel site.
All of these benefits will be compared to the laws and standards in force.
There market service provides:
- The provision of FMA type semi-trailers (90m3)
- the transport of household waste from the household waste transfer site from Plouharnel to the out or the outlets offered by the candidates,
- the treatment of household waste in A non -hazardous waste storage installation (ISDND).
Are not included in the service:
- The loading of household waste on the Plouharnel site in the holder's trucks.
The market holder will have to integrate all the traceability systems in his service Each stage of the transport process, in proportion to tons treated for the community if necessary.
The market is not cut into a slice.
