Description:
This multi-attribute framework agreement with purchase orders concerns transportation services and treatment by energy recovery of residual household waste from the community.
The market holder will have to integrate all the traceability devices in its service with each Stage in the transport and treatment process, in proportion to tons treated for the community if necessary.
Market service includes:
- The provision of FMA type semi-trailers (90m3)
- Transport of household waste from the garbage transfer site housewives from Plouharnel to the output (s) proposed by the candidates,
- the treatment of household waste by incineration with energy valuation
Are not included in the service:
- The loading of household waste on the Plouharnel site in the holder's trucks.
THE market is not cut into a slice.
This framework agreement fixes all contractual stipulations and will not give rise to the conclusion of subsequent markets. He runs by issuing order orders, in application Articles R2162-2 paragraph 2, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code.
