Description:
The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders. The services are paid by unit prices. The prices are revisable. The services are remunerated by application to the truly executed quantities of the unit prices fixed in the price slip within the following limits: 12,000 euros (s) excluding minimum and 18,000 euros (s) HT maximum for the initial period of the framework agreement. The amounts will be identical for each renewal period. The framework agreement is concluded from 01/11/2025 until 02/11/2026, subject to its prior notification. Otherwise, The framework agreement will start from the notification, without impact on the deadline on 02/11/2026. The framework agreement will be concluded for an initial period of one (1) year. The framework agreement is tacitly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each period renewal is 1 year. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 4 years. The market includes environmental provisions defined in the CCAP. The contracting authority may entrust to the holder of the framework agreement, in application of articles L. 2122-1 and R. 2122-7 of the public procurement code, one or more new framework agreements having for object the provision of similar services. The duration during which a new framework agreement may be concluded cannot exceed 3 years from the notification of this framework agreement
