- As part of the T7 phase 2 tramway development operation between Athis-Mons and Juvisy-sur-Orge, redevelopment/rehabilitation work on the Condorcet Building, located in the commune of Juvisy-sur-Orge at 4 rue Condorcet, has become necessary in view of the temporary relocation of all services at the Town Hall and the IUT of Evry. The main objectives of the operation are as follows: - Allow the temporary relocation of the Town Hall and the IUT under conditions satisfactory functional and regulatory requirements, - Guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly in terms of fire safety, accessibility, hygiene and personal safety (ERP), - Ensure control of deadlines, the update date layout of the premises constituting a major and non-transferable issue for the T7 extension project in its entirety, and in particular for the Civil Engineering works market, - Implement technical solutions compatible with the temporary nature of occupancy, while guaranteeing a level of quality and safety adapted to the uses. The need concerns the carrying out of interior redevelopment work and technical adaptation of an existing building, including in particular: - Cleaning work and redistribution of spaces, - The overhaul of all technical installations (CFO/CFA, HVAC, SSI), - The regulatory compliance of the building with regard to its ERP classification, - The layout...
