Description:
The object of the consultation relates to a service to process leachate treatment on 3 technical landfill of Calitom (Holy Severe, Poullignac and Rouzede).
The service includes the implementation of treatment units that can be mobile or not depending on the sites,Allowing the overall treatment of the leachate stored and produced by the sites during the duration of the market, as well as the by-products which can be generated by the treatment sector implemented. In addition, with the evolution of regulations applicable to the treatment of residual water andParticularly with the emergence of PFAS, the process chosen must be able to adapt to these new measures as much as possible.
The service is estimated between 78,000 m3 and 115,000 m3 of leachate to be treated on all sites.
The framework agreement with maximum is in application ofArticles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code and will give rise to the emission of order formal.technical burial of Calitom (Holy Severe, Poullignac and Rouzede).
