Description:
As part of the training actions linked to the support of the individual careers of its agents, the Region wishes to offer to the agents of the headquarters and high schools services of skills assessments as specified in the texts of law (Lot 1 of the consultation ) And Benefits From Bilans Professionnels (Lot 2 De La Consultation).

Description of services:- The contract covers training actions related to supporting the individual career paths of regional agents. The Region swould like to offer staff at headquarters and high schools skills assessment services in order to support staff in their retraining or internal or external mobility projects. The services will be provided both face-to-face and remotely. This organization allows a great soflexibility in making appointments and adapts to the constraints of the beneficiary. Thus, the service provider must be able to deploy synchronous distance learning methods for individual session times. The remote sessions must meet the same durations and educational objectives.es only face-to-face, with animated, lively and innovative teaching methods to facilitate remote monitoring of the action for the beneficiaries.
