Description:
The contract relates to the following services: Training of family welcomes approved by the Departmental Council of Indre-et-Loire. Family reception for consideration by individuals of the elderly or disabled is an activity regulated by the Code of Social Action and Families, and placed under the control of the president of the departmental council. Approval is compulsory: one of the conditions for obtaining the approval is that the family welcoming undertakes to follow the initial and continuous training and an initiation to the actions of rescue organized by the Department (Article L441-1 of the CASF) Agreement agreement for order form without minimum and with a maximum attribute maximum-maximum annual amount 20,000.00 euro (s) HT in application of articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the order code public
