- This consultation concerns actions aimed at training and awareness-raising on the prevention of sexist, sexual and discriminatory violence at work. In accordance with article L2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, this contract is awarded in separate lots. Lot 01 concerns the training of managers and lot 02 concerns the awareness of agents. This is a unit price framework agreement with no installments or variations. The duration of the contract to take place begins on January 2, 2026 or on the date of receipt of the notification by the holder if it is later and for an initial duration of 1 year. The contract can be renewed for periods of once 1 year, without exceeding a total duration of 2 years
