• This Consultation Concerns the Carrying Out of Traffic Studies, Proposal of Road Development Scenarios, Traffic Modeling and Dynamic Simulations, Outline Studies. For the City of Nimes. This Mission Aims to Provide the Client with Knowledge of the Conditions of travel in Nimes to enrich strategic documents or regulatory studies as part of town planning, construction or infrastructure projects, or to propose road developments and optimize the circulation of different modes of transport (cars, Poids Heavy, Two-Wheel, Pedestrian, Public Transport).As part of this consultation, the City of Nimes Acts as Contracting Authority.The Services are not divided into separate lots for the reason(s) Next(S): The Services Are Not the Subject of Separate Services.The Pcurrent contract is carried out according to an adapted procedure, in application of Articles R2123-1-1, R2123-4 and R2123-5 of the Public Order Code. The services are the subject of a framework agreement giving rise to the Issuance of Purchase Orders, Pursuant to Articles L2125-1-1, R2162-1 TO R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Order Code. In application of article R2162-4-2 of the same code, it is concluded with an economic operator, without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount in value. All services will be remunerated by applying unit prices to quantities.s Actually Executed The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 12 months. The framework agreement is renewable twice according to the terms indicated in the act of commitment, for a period of 12 months per renewal. The maximum duration of The Framework Agreement, Including Renewal(S), May Not Extransfer 36 months from its notification date. The framework agreement is concluded for a maximum amount of 180,000 euros excluding tax, including renewal periods.
