Description:
The counters of stations and sales areas of SNCF travelers and its subsidiaries are equipped with sales posts allowing the sale and booking of train tickets. These positions have an electronic payment terminal (TPE) for payment by bank card. In some cases it can be connected to a pin-pad. The purpose of this consultation is to replace around 2,200 payment terminals for these sales areas, pinpads (around 1100), as well as the associated monetic acceptance solution (integration of sales channels + operation/maintenance of the platform acceptance). The duration of the market is 5 firm years + 3 optional years and covers around 60,000,000 financial transactions.
The market does not cover the physical deployment of the terminals or their material maintenance.
