- The project consists of an energy and functional renovation of the town hall of the 9th arrondissement of Lyon. It includes: - Overall energy renovation: replacement of joinery, internal thermal insulation, solar protection, roof repair, renovation of heating and ventilation equipment; - The creation of a permanent reception and a waiting area in the hall; - The functional renovation of services on the lower ground floor, allowing simplification and improving access to services; - The creation of a meeting room and the redevelopment of the spaces on the upper ground floor. The renovation project will take place on an unoccupied site. Certain premises, said to be vital, will however have to remain in functioning. The estimated start date for the work is: 03/13/2026
