Description:
The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The description of the services is detailed in the Specifications of Special Technical Clauses (CCTP). The services will be remunerated by application to the quantities actually executed of the unit prices set in the price schedule. As an indication and not contractual, the estimate of the framework agreement is 1,000,000 euros excluding tax per year for all lots. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from the date of notification of the contract (the date indicated in this notice is given for information only), renewable twice per successive annual period. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 3 years. This framework agreement is concluded for a control group whose coordinator is Coeur d'Essonne Agglomération which ensures the execution of this framework agreement. The members of the group, who each ensure the execution of their needs, are as follows: Public Water Authority Heart of Essonne and Heart of Essonne Agglomeration
