- the Framework Agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. This framework agreement derogates from the principle of exclusivity. The client reserves the right, throughout the duration of the contract, to use third parties for all of the services provided for in this contract. Independently of this agreementaddress, contracts with an adapted procedure may be launched, as well as negotiated procedures without competitive bidding when the client is able to use them. The client reserves this possibility up to 50,000 euro(s). ) Excl. VAT per batch and per period. The holder cannoturra will make no claim in this regard. A framework agreement for similar services is in progress for sectors located in Haute Corse. Its contractual completion takes effect in April 2024. For lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 relating to the sectors of Haute Corse, this framework agreement will take effectand the completion of the old framework agreement
