Description:
The buyer acts as coordinator of a group of orders with DIRECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT. permanent group of orders with Carcassonne Agglo Solidarite CIAS and interested member municipalities, namely: Alairac, Alzonne, Azille, Bagnoles, Cabrespine, Capendu, Cazilhac, Conques in Orbiel, Couffoulens, Douzens, Floure, Leuc, Malves-en-Minervois, Marseillette, Montolieu, Pennautier, Pomas, Preixan, Sainte-Eulalie, Servies-en-Val, Verzeille, Villegailhenc, Villegly and Villesequelande.
Carcassonne Agglo is the coordinator of the group until signature and notification of the market.
Each member of the group is responsible for the financial execution of its own services.
Various operations prior to any construction or development work, and areas related to property (land delimitation and attached documents, town planning, management and real estate intermediary, etc.) require the intervention of a topographic surveyor or an expert surveyor in order to carry out topographical services.
This contract is concluded for a period of 48 months from January 1, 2026 or the date of notification if later.
