Description:
The passing procedure used is: the open tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. This is a framework agreement with order orders with a minimum amount of 160,000.00 Euro (s) excluding tax and one maximum amount of 500,000.00 euros (s) excl. The design and realization of all linear infrastructure projects are carried out internally by the department. These phases can be defined as follows: phase 1: design and realization of the feasibility of operations, until The project phase. This phase requires topographic elements with cadastral application, in order to carry out multidisciplinary studies, including agricultural study. Phase 2: Direction of all regulatory files, including the plot investigation file. Phase 3: All operations relating to the work. The topographic elements being inseparable from land services for phases 1 and 2, they are grouped in lot 2. Lot 1 will bring together all the topographic services relating to the services of works
