Description:
The centers of skills to be implemented cover several functional perimeters (allotment) which aim to support the beneficiaries in project management and in the realization of services related to the development and implementation of information systemsThe SNCF travelers. The goal is to cover the entire life cycle of an information system. The Build and Run phases are therefore covered (from the study to the decommissioning of an application).
Functional and business expertise
Lot 1 (job functional expertise) mainly respondsto the needs of the Transilian rail operations business (TN Dex) and the TER operations department (DOR).
The expected services cover:
- Application management;
- Project management;
- PMO;
- Studies;
- Recipe tests;
- Analysis of data tools;
- Deployment/ Change conduct.
