Description:
The purpose of this consultation is the issue, the supply and delivery of dematerialized restaurants titles (computerized maps and platform) and Multi -signs prepaid gift cards for the benefit of the staff of the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of the Provence Alpes Cotes RegionAzure (Cmar Paca). This framework agreement has passed according to the formalized procedure. This is an open tender call, in accordance with the provisions of articles L 2124-1 and 2124-2 and R 2124-1 and R2124-2 and R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the public procurement code. The services give rise to aMono-attributor's framework agreement which runs by purchase orders, without minimum and with maximum financial value by lot. The services are performed as the order is issued, in application of articles R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the code of the codepublic order. The services of the framework agreement are divided into two (2) lots with separate allocation. This framework agreement has increased for a period of one year from its notification. It therefore takes effect from it. It is renewable three times for a period of one (1) year. ThereProvisional date at the start of execution of services is scheduled for July 2025. The expected services are described in the specific technical clauses (CCTP) and unit price slips (BPU) bylot.
