Description:
The project management mission will include the basic mission: ESQ-APS-APD-PRO-ACT-VISA-DE-AOR.
Provisional cost of work: 2,847,000.00 euros excl. Tax
market duration (study-work): 54 months from market notification (GPA not understood).
Providing start of the mission: October October2025.
The group will necessarily be composed of the following skills:
Architecture (architect or architectural firm), VRD (calculation/hydraulic note to guarantee the integration of the constraints of the PLUM and the file on water law of the developer), structure, fluid-thermal (calculationregulatory), environmental, construction economy, acoustic, and landscape.
The grouping agent (architect) must belong exclusively to a single team.
The other economic operators will be able to present themselves in several teams.
