- The purpose of this market is to create a new Grand Passage area to allow the community to comply with the requirements of decree March 5, 2019. The needs of the contracting authority are detailed in the specific technical clause notebook (CCTP) and financial annexescorresponding. In accordance with the provisions of article L.2113-11-2 of the public procurement code, the contracting authority has chosen not to allot because the allotment of this market is neither technically nor economically justified. This will be awarded in the form of a single market. THEmarket is concluded for a period of 3 months from its notification. The duration of the market and the overall period of execution of the work is merge. Thus this execution period is equal to 3 months including 1 month of preparation. At the end of the preparation period, a service order (OS) will be notifiedto the holder to start the work. In order to take into account all technical subjugations, candidates are strongly advised to make a prior visit to the site. The visit being free, no certificate will not be issued. The work will be paid by application of pricesuniters with a really executed quantities. The prices are firm and updated under the conditions provided for at the C.C.A.P.
