processing of polystyrene from recycling centers and services of Nantes Metropole
in application ofProvisions of article L. 2113-13 of the public procurement code, this market
is reserved for insertion structures by the economic activity mentioned in article L. 5132-4 of the
Labor code and to equivalent structures, when they use a minimum proportion of
50 % ofdisadvantaged workers.
