This consultation concerns the maintenance and maintenance of armchairs in the public and plenary rooms of the hotel in the Bouches-du-Rhone department. This is a recovery after the declaration without follow-up of consultation n 2025-0103. The expected services are: - preventive maintenanceArmchairs of the two rooms (public and plenary), on request (during school holidays preferably): refresher intervention for the verification of all armchairs and settings, verification of alignment during the switch, repositioning of files, verificationbases and armrests. - Corrective maintenance: Ensure the quality of the visual, the safety and comfort of the furniture, depending on the needs, complete replacement of an armchair or a base or a armrest; replacement of existing foams and coverings; replacement of a file onThe whole length of the armchairs; change of feet mechanisms; ties tightening. HT annual amounts: minimum: 4,000 euros excl. Tax. Maximum: 22,000 eurosHT.
