This consultation concerns the execution of transport services assigned underTo schoolchildren in the Alpes-Maritimes, in the following sectors: Lot 1: Valdeblorelot 2 sector: Littorallot sector 3: Paillonlot 4: Corniches
Consultation is launched in the form of a tender open according to articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 and R2162-1 and following, R2162-13 and R2162-14Public procurement.
The market is concluded by the framework agreement fixing all the contractual stipulations (executed by means of order form) and at unit prices with a single awarded by lot.
The services are divided into 4 lots which will be the subject of separate markets:

2 coastal sector 511,000 euros excl. Tax 2,044,000 euros HT

4 CORNICHES SECTOR 1,028,600 euros HT 4,1400Ht
candidates may tend to submit to all lots.
For its execution, the market will be concluded:
- either with a single candidate,
- or with a solidarity group of economic operators so that it can guarantee the continuity of the public transport service and the proper execution of the market.
IfThe group was not presented in the required and duly justified legal form, it will thus be forced to ensure this transformation after awarding the market.
