- The CEA is organizing a restricted call for tenders procedure with a view to awarding a framework agreement to a Holder relating to the provision of Third Party Application Maintenance (TMA) services relating to the Identity IQ (IIQ) software from the publisher Sailpoint.
The estimated start date of the framework agreement is September 1, 2026.
This framework agreement is concluded for a period of 24 firm months, with 2 extension options for a period of 12 months each, with a maximum commitment amount of one million two hundred and fifty thousand euros excluding taxes (EUR 1,250,000 excluding tax) over 4 years.
The framework agreement is sensitive to the meaning of the decree of August 9, 2021 approving general interministerial instruction no. 1300 on the protection of national defense secrets (IGI 1300).
