- The services covered by this framework agreement are: 1/ Third-party application maintenance of the CSM, FSM, SPM modules of the ServiceNow SOTEC instance application - Technical aspects (specific and standard developments) and functional aspects (configuration, expert administration) - Preventive maintenance ( WormServices and Support Packages and Administration) - Curative maintenance - Evolutionary maintenance (Small evolutions and Evolutions in "Projects" mode) - Technical and functional expertise services - Distance training - Control and reception of the 2 annual updates - Evolutions of the app"AgentNow" mobile ication 2/ Management of various projects in SOTEC based on the modules mentioned above and implementation of new modules (including the mobile application). 3/ Consulting services on the SOTEC body, its evolution and its ecosystem, being particularly proactive on the good pratiques ServiceNow.
