Description: The purpose of this framework agreement is the renewal of the third-party application maintenance market (TMA) of the ISICO information system. This information system piloted by the DGA, offers collaborative services to the DGA staff, for its internal needs and their exchange needs with other actors within the Minarm. To do this, he offers collaborative spaces (containing libraries, forums, content pages, address books, actions monitoring, calendar ...) with appropriate rights management. ISICO also integrates a "corporate social network (CSR)" open to DGA staff. Isico was developed under a SharePoint environment. Isico is hosted and operated by the ministry. This is included 2,200 collaborative spaces and the number of users is around 12,000 people
