- This consultation concerns the heat treatment of the envelope of the Brosses bowling alley and functional improvement of the site. The main objective of the operation is the heat treatment of the envelopes of the main building and its annexes. As indicated in the energy audit carried out in May 2021, the buildings are very poorly insulated and consume a lot of energy. The roof is leaking in places and the quality of the building envelope is unsatisfactory. In addition, other needs are to be satisfy and are specified in article 1 of the RC. This consultation follows the decision to declare lot 5 (nĀ°8058) and 9 (nĀ°8061) without action, for reasons of general interest
