Description:
The operation relates to the thermal rehabilitation of the town hall of Bernin, including:
-Remplacement of all joinery, with the exception of the vitreous entrance ensemble in the south facade, with adding adjustable sun breeze (BSO) on the south facade.
-Realization of an insulation supplement External thermal (ITE) on the north facade (central part untreated during the previous work phase).
-Installation of an air treatment plant (CTA) double flow.
-POSSE OF PHOTOVLETIC SOWERS IN SOUTH ROOF.
Facade treatment:
-wooden menuiseries with factory paint, tint identical to that of the keys preserved.
-Ajet of lambrequins on all the windows to harmonize the facades, whatever the OCCULATIONS: Roller shutters on the ground floor, BSO blinds on the floors on the southern facade, absence of occultation in the north facade. RAL shade 7040.
-Facades Pignons: Installation of air intake grids for CTAs to replace existing top windows, RAL 7040 shade.
-Reprise of the coating on the north facade to the right of the ite, with a shade of a darker tone than the existing preserved, chosen in the traditional color chart of the town hall.
Treatment roof:
-Stalotation of the tiles.
-Suppression of chimneys.
-In in place of roof outings for the extraction of CTAs in northern roof.
-POSE OF PHOTOVLETIC PANERS in superimposition on the southern roof: 44 panels for an area of approximately 80 m2.
