Description:
This call for tenders concerns the thermal rehabilitation of three gendarmeries respectively:
- 6 rue de Markdorf - 68190 ENSISHEIM
- 24 rue Blanchard and 17,19 rue de Sierentz - 68330 Huningue
- 33 rue du General Dufieux - 68650 Lapoutroie
The project integrates, mainly, following interventions:
- asbestos removal (for Ensisheim only)
- peripheral scaffolding (for the 3 sites)
- Thermal insulation from the outside and facade restoration (for the 3 sites)
- The insulation of the low slab (for the 3 sites)
- Insulation of attic (for Huningue and Lapoutrole only)
- The isolated seal of the roof terrace (for Ensisheim only)
- Exterior joinery work (for Huningue only)
- Interior joinery and plastering work (for the 3 sites)
- heating work (for the 3 sites), with connection On heat network (for Ensisheim and Lapoutroy only)
Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution
