Description:
The Carrying Out of Thermal Insulation Work from the Exterior of the Facades of the Housing of the Air Transport Gendarmerie in the Center on the Air Navigation Route East of Reims. The Average Total Surface Area to be Treated is Approximately 700M2. The Work Concerns Renovation From 7 Pavillons, Consdivided into three "blocks": • A set of two adjoining dwellings of Type V; • A set of two adjoining dwellings of Type Iv; • A set of three adjoining dwellings of Type Iv. The construction of the pavilions dates from 1983. The walls Devices Are In Reinforced Concrete, On Crawl Space, In Single Nlevel with a roof terrace in concrete structure. The insulation and waterproofing of the roofs were renovated in 2016 and 2017. The exterior joinery is made of PVC and is preserved (no replacement planned during this operation).
