The purpose of this framework agreement is on the one hand the maintenance, management and operation of thermal installations (heating air conditioning ventilation and domestic hot water) of the Lycee General Bellevue and on the other hand the management and the operation of the thermal installations (heatingAir conditioning ventilation, domestic hot water, water treatment, cleaning of the beaches) of the swimming pool of the same site, located 26 rue de Bellevue at Le Mans and property of the Pays de la Loire region.
