This market is to work the work of Thermal and technical rehabilitation, as well as the residentialization of the 56 dwellings of the residence located at 49 avenue Henri Barbusse in La Courneuve. The description of the works and their technical specifications are indicated in the notebooks of the particular technical clauses (C.C.T.P.) specific to each of the macros-pins. A first consultation with the same object was launched on December 23, 2024. The opinion was published at the Boamp (No 24-144703), for a deadline for receiving the offers initially set for January 22, 2025. Unspected for the general interest reason for this framework agreement, due to the inadequacy of competition (CE, September 17, 2018, company Le Pagus, n 407099). The need remaining to be satisfied, it is the subject of this consultation.
