- The Post Office's Professional Development Department updated in 2023 a job-starting training course for HR Managers.
The course is now stabilized and the Professional Development Department is looking for one or more service providers capable ofanimate some of the modules that make up the course.
La Poste will provide all the content to be multiplied.
The service provider, during the contract, may be required to update the content.
The modules to be deployed are divided into two lots:
Lot 1: Description of the HR and Posture mission du HR
•Module: Roles and missions of the HR
•Module: Embody an effective HR posture
Lot 2: Legislative and regulatory knowledge of the two statuses: employees and civil servants
•Module: The fundamentals of HR management
