Description:
To do this, candidates will have to propose a project that meets the following objectives: - operate a virtuous heat network to ensure the heat needs of subscribers from the entire perimeter, with a commitment to a rate of renewable energy coverage and recovery(ADEME definition) for the heat network greater than 60% and this in a secure and sustainable manner; - Ensure a cost of energy to the user in Euros HT and euros TTC as competitive as possible over time, compared to prices from current means of production (or to be created) using)fossil fuels; - Ensure the securing of the energy feeding of all subscribers. To achieve these objectives, at the time of the energy transition, you are waiting for the delegate for the implementation of all the necessary innovations on the technical levels (design andexploitation), contractual with the delegate and/or subscribers, and of quality of services to subscribers (exchanges, communication methods, etc.)
